Your first chance to join will be during the 2025 general on sale. To join, just purchase tickets to 4 or more Mountain Winery shows at AXS.com during the 2025 season. The 2025 pre-sale is reserved for current members who purchased 4 or more shows in the 2024 season.
To join, or keep your membership active, you must purchase tickets to four different shows in 2025. Once you have made your purchase for your fourth show, you will receive all future e-mails for the Loyalty Club in 2025 and the pre-sale for the season launch in 2026.

No. Your loyalty club membership is only valid at The Mountain Winery.
Your Mountain Winery Wallet Pass is a digital pass registrants can add to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay depending on the device. If you qualify for select offers, they will be listed on your Wallet Pass prior to show day.
Members will receive their Wallet Pass 24-48 hours after your qualifying purchase. The link to activate your pass will be included in your tier achievement email. Each tier will have a new wallet pass that can be downloaded.
To successfully download the wallet pass to your phone, you MUST click the activation button from your mobile device. This link will be provided in your tier achievement e-mail (please allow 24-48 hours after qualifying purchase).
Once you’ve successfully downloaded the wallet pass, the pass can be found in your phone’s wallet app.
Yes, you will not be eligible to receive offers unless you have downloaded the Wallet Pass directly to your Wallet app on your device. It is highly recommended you download the Wallet Pass upon immediately receiving your initial email or reminder email to ensure eligibility.

You can join Mountain Winery Loyalty Club when you purchase tickets to a minimum of 4 shows occurring in a single calendar year at Mountain Winery.
As part of this Loyalty Program, we collect and process Identity Data (e.g. name, birth year, loyalty ID), Transaction Data, General Location Data (e.g. venue check-ins), Contact Data, Device/Network Data, and Inference Data.
We process your Personal Data to track your loyalty tier, provide the Loyalty Program benefits and for certain Business Purposes, each as further specified in our Privacy Policy.
We may also process Personal Data collected as part of the Loyalty Program for certain Commercial Purposes, for example, Data Sales/Targeted Advertising and we may share Personal Data with Sponsors/Advertisers/Social Media companies, Event/Venue Partners, Data Aggregators/Brokers.
